Directions:
- 1.Add all filling ingredients into a pot on medium heat. Stir with a whisk until well boiled and thickened.
- 2.In a bowl, crumb the biscuits and combine with butter. Mix well.
- 3.Add crust mixture into your baking dish / pan making sure to flatten.
- 4.When cooled a bit, pour the filling onto the crust, sprinkle with cinnamon. Refrigerate until cold. Serve and enjoy!

- 1L plant milk

- 1 cup sugar
- 15ml vanilla extract
