At IRENES GOURMET, we want you to be happy with your purchased items.
We pride ourselves on providing you with quality and delicious product.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, we are here to help.

Returns

For you to be eligible for a refund, you are requested to contact our Customer Services department on info@irenesgourmet.co.za alternatively 010 500 4633/082 587 4832 within 7 calendar days from the date you receive/purchase the products.

Your item/s must be in reasonable condition, in the original packaging and have visible photographic proof of the relevant issue.

You are required to provide us with invoice or proof of purchase.

Once we have the above information and the product, our quality assurance team will evaluate and provide you with feedback within 7(seven) business days on receipt of all the required information.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7(seven) business days on feedback from our quality assurance team.

Handling fees

With all refunds processed will incur a handling fee of 10% (including VAT.), to recuperate the charges that we have incurred viz. bank charges and other related charges.

Shipping/Courier fees

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
