Directions:
- 1.Combine all marinade ingredients in a closeable container
- 2.Add the carrot strips and marinade in the container overnight.
- 3.Serve the carrot lox over an open bagel smeared with our Plain Cream Cheese.
- 4.Garnish with fresh dill and chives.

Ingredients:
- 2-3 Medium carrots, peeled into thin strips

- 1 tub of Irene's Plain Cream Cheese
- Fresh dill and chives
Marinade ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ cup Braggs liquid aminos (can substitute with soy sauce, use a bit less)
- Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup kelp strips
- ½ to 1tsp (to taste) liquid smoke
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 Tbsp water
