Immune booster savoury overnight oats

Something different – savoury oats! Packed with immune boosting ingredients… you’ll be surprised by how yummy this is.

  • 1.Combine oats, milk and miso in a jar to refrigerate overnight
  • 2.The next morning, mix in the ginger, turmeric, nutritional yeast, parsley, spring onion and salt.
  • 3.Top with kimchi, sprouts and walnuts
  • 4.Enjoy!

Overnight oat mix ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup soya milk
  • 1 TBSP sweet Japanese miso (we used Clearspring)

Morning ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Irene's Gourmet Nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp spring onion
  • salt to taste
  • 1 - 2 TBSP Irene's Gourmet kimchi
  • a sprinkle of walnuts
  • a sprinkle of fresh sprouts
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
