
Directions:
- 1.Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
- 2.Melt the butter and mix the milk in - must be room temp.
- 3.Combine the dry and wet mix and knead for 5 - 10 min, let the dough rise for 1.5 - 2hrs in a bowl with a covering cloth - until double in size. Then knead the dough down.
- 4.Create 12 balls and place them on a baking sheet to let rise till double in size.
- 5.Mix the crosses ingredients together until it forms a pipeable paste then pipe the crosses on with a nozzle and piping bag.
- 6.Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes
- 7.Glaze it with some slightly watered down syrup or jam while still warm.
