Directions:
- 1.Lay the sweet potato strips on a flat surface. Layer with strips of Macon on top
- 2.Smear generously with Basil Pesto
- 3.Place a +/- 1cm cube of Meltme cheese on one end of the strip and roll it all up. Pin with a toothpick to keep it all together.
- 4.Stick the roll-ups in the airfryer for 5 min at 180 degrees or the oven for 10 min at 180 degrees until just cooked and until the cheese is soft.
- 5.Serve right away or can be enjoyed eaten cold.
