  • 1.Toast the ciabatta and butter with Irene’s Gourmet butter
  • 2.Shred the Macon into strips
  • 3.Stack the ingredients onto the ciabatta
  • 4.Mix the mustard and maple syrup to form a paste.
  • 5.Pour maple-mustard over Macon
  • 6.Serve
  • 7.Note: The Macon can also be lightly fried in olive oil, if you prefer a Macon & Cheese sarmie
