Method:
- 1.Toast the ciabatta and butter with Irene’s Gourmet butter
- 2.Shred the Macon into strips
- 3.Stack the ingredients onto the ciabatta
- 4.Mix the mustard and maple syrup to form a paste.
- 5.Pour maple-mustard over Macon
- 6.Serve
- 7.Note: The Macon can also be lightly fried in olive oil, if you prefer a Macon & Cheese sarmie
