Irene’s guacamole

We’ll never get bored of this fail-proof, simple and fresh recipe for guacamole.

Make a meal including Irenes fried beans and Gluten free Mexican wraps.

Method:

  • 1.Mash the avos and chop tomatoes and dhania / parsley and combine.
  • 2.Add lime juice and salt and mix until combined.
  • 3.Serve with tacos, quesadillas, wraps, etc.
