Directions:
- 1.Combine oats, milk and miso in a jar to refrigerate overnight
- 2.The next morning, mix in the ginger, turmeric, nutritional yeast, parsley, spring onion and salt.
- 3.Top with kimchi, sprouts and walnuts
- 4.Enjoy!

Overnight oat mix ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 3/4 cup soya milk
- 1 TBSP sweet Japanese miso (we used Clearspring)
Morning ingredients:
- 1 tsp Irene's Gourmet Nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp spring onion
- salt to taste
- 1 - 2 TBSP Irene's Gourmet kimchi
- a sprinkle of walnuts
- a sprinkle of fresh sprouts
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
