Alani’s cream spinach quesadilla

A spicy creamed spinach-filled quesadilla

  • 1.Chop the baby spinach roughly, along with the chili and garlic
  • 2.On medium heat, fry the chili and garlic in olive oil until light brown
  • 3.Add the spinach and fry lightly for 5 minutes or until spinach is wilted
  • 4.Add Irene’s Gourmet Cultured Coconut and stir until all ingredients are combined and remove from the heat within 2 minutes
  • 5.Add creamed spinach to a wrap (not too thick)
  • 6.Crumble Irene’s Gourmet Feta Cheese over creamed spinach
  • 7.Close the wrap and place into a sandwich press until brown or as desired
  • 8.Slice in half and serve

  • 2 cup Baby spinach
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small chilli
  • 1 TBSP Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt & Pepper
