Method:
- 1.Chop the baby spinach roughly, along with the chili and garlic
- 2.On medium heat, fry the chili and garlic in olive oil until light brown
- 3.Add the spinach and fry lightly for 5 minutes or until spinach is wilted
- 4.Add Irene’s Gourmet Cultured Coconut and stir until all ingredients are combined and remove from the heat within 2 minutes
- 5.Add creamed spinach to a wrap (not too thick)
- 6.Crumble Irene’s Gourmet Feta Cheese over creamed spinach
- 7.Close the wrap and place into a sandwich press until brown or as desired
- 8.Slice in half and serve
