
Directions:
- 1.Fry the Thyme and garlic in butter and olive oil. Add 1/4 of the mushrooms and spring onions and fry until brown. Add the rest of the mushrooms and fry until they start to become soft.
- 2.Mix the cold milk with the Cheese Sauce Powder and Corn Starch. Add to the mushrooms and stir regularly until boiling for about 5 minutes. Add the basil and sage leaves.
- 3.Prepare pasta as usual. Add the sauce to the pasta and serve while hot!

- 1 tbsp Irene's Gourmet Butter (Medium Fat Spread)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Sprig of Thyme
- 1/2 Clove of garlic (optional)

- 3 cups Plant Milk
- 1/3 tsp Salt
- Basil Leaves
- Sage Leaves

- Corn Starch
