Directions:
- 1.Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- 2.Adjust texture to your preference by adding some more chickpea water.
- 3.Sprinkle with paprika
- 4.To make beetroot or butternut hummus: Split hummus mixture in half. Add 1 boiled beetroot and a pinch of cinnamon. Blend well. Or Add 1 cup of roasted butternut with a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg. Blend well.
