  • 1.Combine water, liquid aminos, nutritional yeast, salt and mix
  • 2.Mix seeds in a non-stick pan on a low heat to start roasting
  • 3.Move seeds around constantly to avoid burning them
  • 4.When the seeds start to lightly pop and become a bit dry, then add the wet mixture and continue stirring until it is completely dry
  • 5.Cool seeds
  • 6.Enjoy!

  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup of Braggs aminos
  • 1 cup of Irene's Nutritional Yeast
