Directions:
- 1.Combine water, liquid aminos, nutritional yeast, salt and mix
- 2.Mix seeds in a non-stick pan on a low heat to start roasting
- 3.Move seeds around constantly to avoid burning them
- 4.When the seeds start to lightly pop and become a bit dry, then add the wet mixture and continue stirring until it is completely dry
- 5.Cool seeds
- 6.Enjoy!
