Free from: dairy, gluten, soya, preservatives, palm oil

Ingredients: Sweet potato, butter beans, almonds, flaxseed, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, sesame seed, squash, chickpeas, carrots, water, tomato concentrate vegetable oil (canola, sunflower, olive), herbs, spices, vegetable fibre (pea and psyllium), Himalayan salt, potassium chloride.

Allergens: Almonds, sesame seeds. Made in a factory that uses tree nuts, peanuts, soya and gluten from wheat.

Oven bake / air fryer: From frozen: Defrost and brush with oil on both sides and bake in an oven or air-fryer @ 180 degrees for 10-15 min until golden brown.

Non-stick pan: defrost and fry in a little oil over a medium heat in a non-stick pan for 3-4 min per side, until golden brown and heated through.
