Hummus three ways - plain, roasted butternut and beetroot

 1 tin of chickpeas
 ½ of the chickpea water
 3 tbsp Tahina
 3 tbsp Olive Oil
 1 tbsp Fresh Chives
 Herb Salt to taste
 Optional: 1 small clove of garlic
 ½ tsp Smoked Paprika for garnish
For the beetroot hummus or Butternut hummus, add these...
 1 Boiled beetroot
 pinch of cinnamon / nutmeg
 1 cup Roasted butternut

Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.

Adjust texture to your preference by adding some more chickpea water.

Sprinkle with paprika

To make beetroot or butternut hummus:
Split hummus mixture in half.
Add 1 boiled beetroot and a pinch of cinnamon. Blend well.
Or
Add 1 cup of roasted butternut with a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg. Blend well.
