A creamy mushroom and cheese sauce for pasta

 1 Packet of spring onions
 1 tbsp Irene's Gourmet Butter (Medium Fat Spread)
 2 tbsp Olive Oil
 1 Sprig of Thyme
 ½ Clove of garlic (optional)
 2 Punnets of mushrooms
 3 cups Plant Milk
  tsp Salt
 Basil Leaves
 Sage Leaves
 2 tbsp Cheese Sauce Powder
 1 tbsp Corn Starch

1

Fry the Thyme and garlic in butter and olive oil.
Add 1/4 of the mushrooms and spring onions and fry until brown.
Add the rest of the mushrooms and fry until they start to become soft.

Mix the cold milk with the Cheese Sauce Powder and Corn Starch.
Add to the mushrooms and stir regularly until boiling for about 5 minutes.
Add the basil and sage leaves.

Prepare pasta as usual.
Add the sauce to the pasta and serve while hot!
