Description
Our range of krauts are crunchy, yummy and full of natural beneficial bacteria-like probiotics. Naturally fermented vegetables have a pickled taste which develops naturally in the fermenting process. Our Sauerkraut, Kimchi and Eastern Delight natural ferments are made with organic cabbages wherever possible to ensure the best nutrition. We use Himalayan salt for the added mineral content, and they are naturally fermented without the addition of any unnatural substances.
Ingredients: Cabbage, butternut, spring onion, ginger, turmeric, chilli, Himalayan salt, herbs and spices.
Allergens: mustard
This product has a shop shelf life of 5 months; however, they can last much longer. They keep fermenting slowly over time in the fridge and the taste develops more sour tones.
Heat would destroy the beneficial bacteria in this product, so we recommend that it should be eaten chilled or at room temperature.
